Auth Exporter Support

In Google Authenticator, go to the three-dot menu → Transfer accounts → Export accounts. Select all accounts and Google will show you a series of QR codes. Open Authenticator Exporter, tap the Scan FAB, and scan each QR code in sequence. The app guides you through the entire series.

Yes. On the scan screen, tap the gallery icon to select a screenshot from your photo library. The app will decode any Google Authenticator export QR code found in the image.

Importing new accounts requires an active subscription. Browsing your account list, viewing full details (including secrets), copying fields, and exporting QR codes are all free and available without a subscription — forever.

Open the app, navigate to the Subscribe screen, and tap "Restore Purchases." Your prior subscription will be recognized by the App Store or Google Play.

Yes. Authenticator Exporter is 100% on-device — it makes no network requests and has no internet permission. All account secrets are stored in the iOS Keychain or Android EncryptedSharedPreferences, the same secure storage used by password managers and banking apps.

Open the account detail by tapping any account in the list. Tap "Show QR for this account" to generate a scannable QR code for that individual account, which any compatible authenticator app can scan.

Tap on an import group in the main list and look for the "Export batch" option. The app generates paginated QR codes for the full batch, compatible with Google Authenticator and other standard authenticator apps.

Delete the app from your device. All locally stored data — account metadata and secrets in the Keychain — is removed with it. There is nothing stored on Elmeris servers to delete.

Any app that supports the otpauth-migration:// format, including Google Authenticator, Aegis Authenticator, 2FAS, and others. You can also copy the raw Base32 secret to add an account manually to any TOTP-compatible app.
